I’m like 95% sure brendon sent all these because I was complaining about wanting to have intellectual discussion with anons so I’M JUST GONNA GO AHEAD AND ANSWER THESE ALL AT ONCE…
- I honestly just have a huge list of places I would love to visit, and they’re not really ranked or anything. I guess one of my top places would be Italy, because the canals of Venice are gorgeous and might even be wiped out entirely within the span of my lifetime. I’d really enjoy touring all over Europe, actually, specifically Switzerland and the Alps and Spain and Scotland and Ireland (the green countrysides are so pretty ugh what I would give to go there)
oh and Iceland! the geysers and hot springs are really interesting
switching continents, I’d like to visit at least one tropical country in central america or something, maybe Costa Rica, to see rainforests and experience that culture. macchu pichu is also a place I’d like to visit
I used to really want to go to Japan (like every person that has ever been 13 and had a deviantart account) but it’s probably too metropolitan for my taste, actually. I think I’d rather go see the Great Wall and some more secluded/natural areas of China
and finally, Australia/New Zealand, of course. That’s more just a novelty thing than “SO PRETTY I NEED TO GO THERE”. I’m pretty sure every american would be delighted at the opportunity to visit Australia. It’s like America except with accents, funky wildlife, and less self-righteous assholes.
whoops just kidding I’ve also never been to Canada despite living literally 3 hours from the border. someday I’ll visit Niagra Falls and Toronto and have a grand old time
I’ll also lump Alaska in with that I’ve wanted to go to Alaska for a while
I THINK I’M DONE WITH THIS QUESTION NOW
- I…don’t know. I feel like I should have a better answer for this, considering I took AP World History and studied historical figures over a 10,000 year span, but…I dunno. I’ve always felt very content in this time period and never really wanted to live in another decade or identified with the people of that era or anything like that. Their environments were so different, you know?
- I guess I have my mom to thank for my perfectionist nature, constant strive for self-improvement, and intense need for organization and logic. that’s not exactly my favorite thing about myself, but it is admittedly pretty useful and has served me pretty well in my life thus far. It’s tough to even identify what I’ve inherited from my dad, considering his mental state pretty much clouds over what might have been left to see of his personality. I’ve never had much of a healthy respect for my stepdad so I sincerely doubt anything about him has rubbed off on me.
- this probably seems like kind of a lame answer, but whatever: everyone. mostly my friends, but basically anyone who’s caused me to realize things about myself, whether through positive or negative experiences. it’s horribly cliche, but that quote about how we’re the product of everyone we’ve ever met is perfect. each encounter, no matter how inconsequential, causes these tiny fine-tune adjustments in ourselves.
anyway, I can’t remember ever consciously being largely affected by any one person. it’s possible that at different phases of my life (mostly elementary school, I’m thinking), there were people that made disproportionate impacts on me, but I’ve always preferred having a large network of people to kind of cycle through and interact with.
uh I got a little carried away with these but whatever these were top-notch thank you A+ 10/10
